How long after coming off of birth control pills does it normally take a woman to start ovulating??

Answer

It depends! When I went off birth control, I started using ovulation test strips to see if/when I would start ovulating. I was on the pill for many years so I thought it may take a while, but I ovulated my first month off! It happened during it's typical time in a cycle, about 14 days after the start of my period. My cycle remained consistent and I became pregnant three months later. It is possible for it to take longer to start ovulating. I believe up to six months potentially!

Can take anything from a month to 2 months, I came off the pill at the end of May and my body has just got back to normal now. So fingers crossed however everyone is different 
I came off the pill and within a week I had a light period and came off for a week then two weeks after I had a heavy now I’m normal again, hope this helps.

Wow wayyyyy  longer like 3 to 6 months .. could happen earlier but most of the time it take a while
