Help pleasssses

So i got this urge of pain in my clit two days ago and it only hurt and it didn’t hurt to pee or anything until now and today i wiped myself with a wet wipe and it burn it kinda burned to be pee today and i get a sensation of burning here and there or that i have to itch or when i move my clit around it hurts
