Mefenamic acid??

Question

7 months off the pill TTC. Last 2 cycles my endo pain has returned. 
I was prescribed mefenamic acid to treat the pain. Even since taking it three days ago I’ve been so nauseous, acid reflux, severe cramps and back pain.
Never taking this again 😫
Has anyone else had a bad experience with this?

This unfortunately ruined me and I was very optimistic taking it because I had heard such great things. I had horrible pain in my stomach, and it really didn’t provide all that much pain relief. Took about 6 days to get my gut back to normal with a very low-acid/low-reflux diet. I also recommend adding in a probiotic. I found that it did help lighten my bleeding and lessen my cramping, but significantly worsened all of the other pain I experience during periods because of my endometriosis.
