Any diabetic moms to be out there?

If so, what is your current a1c level?  
Mine is 6.6.  I thought I was doing ok but the doctor says he wants it to be between 5.5-6.0.  I’m not sure how the heck I will make that happen.

I’m diabetic and 6,6 is a little high but easily fixed. When I found out I was diabetic my A1C was 10.1. I stay between 5.4-5.5 now. Honestly it’s about knowing what you eat. Read the labels on everything. It sounds so stupid and simple. It’s food right? I used to drink energy drinks all the time. The amount of carbs in a large can was more carbs than one person should eat in a day. I truly just looked at everything I put in my body and it was really simple. For the most part if you think it’s not a good choice eliminate it. Cut out all white bread and sugars. I promise that alone will help
