New bruising 5 days post c section

So don’t worry, I will be calling my drs office in the AM. This is my second c section and this time I have some swelling and bruising on my left side. Haven’t noticed any major changes but then just looked and since this morning I have developed a new 3 inch x 1 inch bruise that is to the left of my incision (not connected with it). Wasn’t there until today and looks dark and purply. It is in the area where I am swollen. Anyone have this happen and know what’s going on? Hopefully nothing too crazy, curious to see what the doctors office says in the AM.
