What's the longest consistent stretch of sleep your breasfed baby is giving you at night?

My 5 weeker sleeps 5 hours, but I think it’s just luck tbh. My first baby slept like 30 minute stretches until she was 4 months old I swear. With this one we just cluster feed in the evening, have awake time right before the last feed, swaddle, and place in bassinet sleepy. I also roll up 2 small towels to place on each side of him so that he feels secure in the bassinet. I make sure they are placed next to his sides down by his legs so there isn’t a danger of moving in front of his face.

My one month old gives us 4-5 hours in her first stretch at night, usually. I’m honestly not sure how - we do have a consistent nighttime routine. Change, swaddle, feed in our dark room with the sound machine and lay her down in her bassinet. Not much different than what most people do anyway.... Sometimes it takes an hour or so of crying, pick up, calm, repeat but when she does go down, she’s able to make it that long. We are still feeding every 1.5-3 hours during the day and she has gained 2 lbs since birth and is 9 lb 10oz. She is really fussy and has tough days / evenings though. So not sure if it’s just luck or not!

Mine slept for 6 hours at 4 weeks one time. Otherwise the longest is around 5. Typically 4-5. I don’t do anything other than a bedtime routine of bath around the same time each night. I let her sleep whenever she wants and I don’t wake her up.

My baby is 4 weeks and he sleeps a good 5 hour stretch at the beginning of the night. We usually do a bedtime routine around 8:30 which consistent of bath (if it’s bath night) massage, feeding, swaddle, and down in crib with sound machine on. At 11:30 I go in for a dreamfeed to top off his hunger for the night stretch. During this feed I quickly change his diaper and feed him while trying to make little to no noise and barely wake him up. After that he will sleep until around 4 or 5 am.

I’m so envious of all of you. My 6 weeker refuses to sleep longer than 2.5-3 hours. Sleeps the best in my arms or on my chest which isn’t safe but this momma needs sleep too.
