Terrible eaters

Anyone out there with a terrible eater. What do you feed yours? I'm at a loss and get extremely frustrated at dinner time. Breakfast and usually lunch shes decent. But dinner time I swear she barely eats a thing. She had 3 bites of mac and cheese and half an avacado tonight... any advice???
