Low fetal heart rate

I went in for my 7 week appt today. Baby is measuring 6w4d, but the heart rate was 77 bpm. My midwife is saying to be cautiously optimistic. I had a mmc in October, so now I’m a bit anxious. Anyone had this experience? I’m trying not to stress and stay positive, but it’s hard. I’m going back again in a week for another ultrasound.
