Different types of cramps ?
I am nearly 7 months postpartum and my period has yet to return (knock on wood). I was taking the mini pill but it was causing me to have cramps and since I have stopped the pain/cramping has gone away.
I have been periodically have cramping this weekend and today.
How can I tell the difference between PMS cramping, period cramps, and implementation cramping (just in case)?
