Are you talking about a pap smear and pelvic exam? Just shower before hand. They don't care how you're groomed. They're only going to remember if you dye or braid the hair

For my transvag u/s and for my pap smear I just went natural. 🤷🏼‍♀️ They don't care and I don't want to take the time to trim/shave. 😂
