Did you bleed during pregnancy?

I’m 8 weeks and I have been to the doctor and they said it’s okay and normal but I’ve had two regular period like bleeds and I was just wondering if other ladies have gone through the same thing. Thanks :)

With my first I had what seemed like a month long period before I found out I was pregnant, I didn’t end up finding out until almost 9 weeks because of this. With my second, my “period” started but was very light so I knew to test. With my third, I actually missed my period and that surprised me because I didn’t with the first two. But I had spotting off and on from 5-12 weeks or so with my third.

I’m 5 weeks and had my first vaginal ultrasound yesterday due to a past loss. I started bleeding really heavy today and passed a few big clots while at the dr office. He said this can still be okay since it’s coming from my vagina and not my cervix. I know some women have period like bleeding and everything turns out okay. Everyone is just different. I would just keep in contact with your dr. I had blood drawn today so hoping to hear the best but after the past trauma I’m expecting the worst. I hope everything works out for you and your baby

I haven’t personally bled any, but my mom bled for the first 3 months when she was pregnant with me. I was perfectly healthy at birth, and I was a preemie.

My aunt and one other woman I know got regular period type bleeds. I had a SCH with my first, and bled every two or 3 weeks for 3 months

I voted yes and regular, although bleeding in pregnancy should never be considered regular according to my doctor. I had period like bleeds a few times and spotting off and on since 9 weeks. I am now 28 weeks and it has slowed down, but every time I have a large bleed I go to my dr to get checked. Baby is healthy. My doctor said that some women just have blood vessels on their cervix that burst and mimic periods.
