Honestly, I went back when the bleeding stopped (natural miscarriage).  I took it easy and listened to my body but I needed exercise to cope.

I say it depends on how you feel and how much blood was lost. Start with walking for 30 min to see if you get winded at all. If you lost a lot of blood sometimes it can take a while to come back, go easy at first. I was recommended to drink bone broth to help rebuild my red blood cell count as I had lost a lot. Took me about 4 weeks to get back to where I was prior to pregnancy and Mc.

I agree with the other comments. Just go when you feel ready. I went back after my heavy bleed slowed down.
