When did you start buying baby items?

Did you start early on, mid pregnancy or later on? I’m 8w4d and ready to start buying items here and there!

I bought our first item when I was 15 weeks pregnant, right after I found out our daughter was a girl. Picked up a pack of onesies for our gender announcement photo! Then from there it only went downhill—you couldn’t keep me out of baby aisles or baby stores lol

Currently 16 weeks. Only things I’ve bought were a few outfits from a huge sale (I found out the gender via bloodwork at 12 weeks) and some baby board books they went on sale. It’s up to you really. I love we nervous buying anything in the first trimester because I previously had a miscarriage.

I’ve bought some clothes since finding out it was a girl but, I have decided to stop and wait until the baby shower. See what I get then go from there. It’s driving me nuts not to start setting up the nursery.

After my baby shower because I got most of the things I needed at the baby shower. I had mine at 23 weeks just because it was the only time I was able to visit my family so they could throw me one.

I'm 31 weeks all I bought was 3 outfits some sippy cups because they were on sale 3 packages of diapers 6 package of wipes and my sister bought her a bunch of clothes.

I had a registry for my baby shower and people started buying stuff from that around 22 weeks. I’m now 29 weeks and will start buying more things. I didn’t think it was necessary to start so early but also would like to be done with mostly everything by like 37 weeks.
