My son is 3w5d old. He’s had a little baby acne since birth but it looks worse the last two days. We have a doctors appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I breastfeed so I worry that it could be something I’m eating?

I’ve switched to a clean diet the last two days in hopes that it’ll help- just veggies and white meat.. I have no idea if that is even necessary but has anyone’s child had baby acne to this extent? The flash makes it look worse so I included one photo without.

Also want to add:

-he has no fever

-not fussy unless he’s hungry

-doesn’t scratch at or try to touch it
