Is smoking a joint just as bad as smoking a cigarette?

I was reading an article that said smoking weed has 4 times more tar then a cigarette and that smoking it was super bad for you. Is this true? This makes me want to quit smoking weed forever if it is

I mean....roll a joint or pack a bowl. It isn't gonna kill ya lol. Marijuana=plant/natural. Cigarettes=hundreds of chemicals. I smoke a lot of green and I'm not dead yet or have health issues. I mean look at Willie Nelson 😂

Weed mixed with tobacco is probably just as bad ish then normal cigs but plain weed, no, lots of health benefits actually

Usually cigarettes are worse, but it depends on if you mix the weed with anything and what you wrap it with. The safest way to consume weed is edibles but they tend to hit harder and longer. The best way to smoke it in my opinion is through a bong or some other water filtered smoking device.

it’s my understanding, which i’m not a scientist so that might not mean anything, but yes weed creates more tar but it isn’t harmful & gets reabsorbed into your body slowly while cigarette tar builds up & causes lung problems? like i said that might not be right at all but that’s how i think it works
