How did you know it was time to stop exercising?
I’m 29 weeks and I’ve been doing HIIT bootcamp classes between 3-5 times a week since I was 17 weeks. Just this week I’ve started to feel like class has been slightly more difficult for me and I’m thinking I may not be able to continue working out like this for my entire pregnancy like I’d initially hoped.
So my question is how do I know when it’s time to throw in the towel with my bootcamp classes? I don’t want to overexert myself, but I also don’t want to stop going too early. I’m hoping I can at least make it to 34 weeks.
