How can I get used to people staring at my man and I?

My boyfriend is black and I’m white. We have been together for almost 2 years, whenever we go out somewhere and get seen in public we always get stares it never fails. It mostly comes from black women and men and older people. Most of the time I don’t mind the stares and try not to let it get to me but there are other days when it bothers me, they stare like we’re a couple of aliens like seriously😑 like we can’t just be happy and enjoy our time together. There was one time I was at the mall with him and this lady stared at ME only me up and down crazy like I offended her. My man doesn’t really notice or care as much as I do and I want to be careless like him. Is there any tips I can do so I can get my mind off people staring?

You just have to ignore them as hard as that might sound it’s quite simple, they don’t know you or what the two of you share so their opinions or thoughts do NOT matter. When me & my fiancé get dirty looks we literally smile now because nobody can change the love we share. 😂💕

Sometimes people are just nosey assholes in general. It’s not limited to race. 
My husband and I are both white and we get stares too sometimes. Idk why. 
In fact, it happened today while we were out at Thorpe Park. I usually turn toward them full on, holding his hand and say “YES?!” which makes him look - with both of us properly staring back at them like WTF?! they tend to stop 👍🏻 
Sometimes when I get men ask me out they ask if he’s my brother 😤🙄🤬 - maybe some people think we look alike and that’s why??? Who cares. Just tell them to f@ck off 🖕🏻when it really bothers you, I do 👌🏻

Just make eye contact and place your hand over his package 😂 I bet that would make them look away pretty quickly! Don’t let them get to you. Some people don’t know how to be happy. For some reason, a certain group of black people feel they have a claim over other black people and get real uptight and butt hurt when other black people don’t conform. I don’t understand it, let people love who they love! White people do this too, but I’ve never received backlash from white people personally about it. Maybe looks but generally when confronted they always say they were just proud of the direction we are moving in

I’m half Black and my bf is white we’ve been together 4 years and we still get stared at. It’s also usually older people or men that stare. We were in a restaurant and this family walked in and their backs were to us and they made it a point to keep looking back at us on purpose. And his cousin doesn’t like it..she doesn’t even like to acknowledge that I’m in the room. And it is cause of my race cause before she met me my bf told her about me and was excited to meet me until she did.. she doesn’t even like her husband to talk to me. And his whole family notices. After 4 years I just ignore it. It doesn’t change our relationship.

I’m white and my boyfriend is black as well. Some people acknowledge biracial relationships and some don’t. Him nor I care so really so if they choose to stare that’s on them. I wouldn’t even worry about it. It’s not uncommon nowadays, some people just haven’t accepted it, and that’s okay too ☺️
