Help!!! I’m newly diagnosed with both and I have these horrendous pains right now. I’ve had them for the past 2 days. I started on the mini pill for my endometriosis a month ago and I had a light period with no cramps 2 weeks ago then all of a sudden I started spotting again this week with these horrible pains but I don’t know if it’s my IBS or endo and idk what to do. I’ve tried everything. I’m on the verge of going to the hospital but I don’t think there’s anything they can really do either 😰😰😰
