I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have Trichomoniasis.. does this mean my fiance is cheating on me?

No actually, trich can live outside the human body for at least an hour. You can also get it from sharing clothes/towels that have the bacteria on it😭but there is a chance you did get it from the sexual partner. Many people don’t show symptoms he may or may not, you may or may not have had it already from before. Thats 3 possible ways i can think of u getting trich
