I switched from The Pill to the Mirena IUD in Sept. 2018 because I would always forget to take it. I had some bad breakouts in high school but mainly clear skin with the occasional breakout here and there. I don’t know if I’m going crazy or not but I can’t help but wonder if I am breaking out way more because of the IUD. I have had shoulder/upper back acne for months now, even my T zone on my face has been acting up recently.. to the point my mother has even pointed it out. Should I switch off the IUD and go back to The Pill? Comment your thoughts pleaseee!! ❤️
