advice or tips please

My son has been ebf since birth. He took bottles the first month but after not giving him a bottle for two days he started refusing them. Now that he is 8 months old I’m wondering what I can do? I would love to be able to leave him for more than two hours with his dad but it’s impossible. I’ve tried giving him a sippy cup with water & ive tried with bm but he just chews on it😕

Should I try bottles or different sippy cups? or should I just continue breastfeeding since he will be a year old in a few months & wont have to fully rely on me feeding him? I love my sweet boy to death but I need some me time😭
