Stretch marks on vagina

So I just *attempted* shaving my vagina after about a month now.. as I went to show my fiancée he said “..I’m not trying to hurt your feelings but do you know you’re getting stretch marks on your vagina?” And I took a picture and I am in fact getting stretch marks down there!!! Is that normal??? It’s on my mons pubis area.. do people normally get stretch marks here?
