I had an unplanned c section because my baby couldn't come through naturally. He weighs 3.7kg . He's healthy and everything fine with him. But I'm having difficulties after one week of surgery.. I have increasing pain around the c section area.. also very difficult to breath. I'm also having fever and every time I try to urinate I see ting blood clot in the toilet. I'm in so much pain presently. What should I do? Any one here have similar symptoms? Let me add I have been drinking lots of hot water and hot green tea as well..
