I have absolutely amazing sex however I cannot recall having a so called orgasm? How do you know when you’ve had one?

Also, sometimes in certain positions a clear liquid squirts out of me, it’s not a pleasurable feeling, I just feel the liquid shooting. I’m not sure what this is, it doesn’t seem to be urine, although it does have a slight scent of urine. Do you know what this could be?
