Has anyone had to have surgery a few weeks after giving birth and breastfeeding? I have been having kidney stone issues and they dont think they will pass and want me to have surgery roughly 6 weeks after I give birth to remove stones. I'm 29 weeks tomorrow. Has anyone breastfed that early on and had to have surgery? How did you manage it? I really want to breastfeed and have been told not to pump for first few weeks because it can cause an overproduction of supply. So dont know how I should go about that when the time comes. They cant do anything else for my kidney stones at the moment because of being pregnant. They have everything they can do for now but nothing is working.
