Hi ladies 
Currently I’m almost 17 weeks pregnant and lately i have been having the worst insomnia ever!!. I never had this with my first pregnancy and its really annoying considering i’m so exhausted and just want to sleep!. Did anyone else ever have this and what did you do that helped you??.. any suggestions would be great!!!

Something that helped me was sleeping somewhere else besides my bed. So I’d go to the guest room bed or couch and I slept much better there on nights I was having issues.

Pregnancy insomnia is real. Omg it sucks! I have 2 other babies so if I’m woke up I’m up unfortunately.

Melatonin 3mg for me. Alot of people say dont take it but its natural to your body. The only reason doc say dont take it because the FDA says no because there isn't studies on it. The stuff doctors recommend are from big name companies.

I had this only before I found out I was pregnant after about 2 weeks mine went away
