7 weeks pregnant help ??

Hi I’m 7 weeks pregnant and am getting pains in my lower abdomen and pelvic area.. I miscarried 2 1\2 months ago and am afraid I am going to miscarry again . Anyone know if these pains should be of concern ??

I had super sharp pain on one side of my belly around the same time - couldn’t ever find a reason for it. Doctor said it was probably just my uterus stretching out. Ugh. I did have a bit of spotting every now and then so I went a few times and they were kind enough to do a limited ultrasound and let me see my bean. The pain mostly went away after 14 weeks but I noticed it. Owning back a bit this week (23 weeks) hopefully it’s just growing pains

If there isn’t blood and it’s not too bad I wouldn’t worry too much. My stomach cramped from about 6 weeks til I was 12, and doctors just kept saying it was my uterus expanding!
