so I have a question that might sound kind of dumb, but whatever. my periods are extremely irregular, but I know i’m about to get them because I get cramps a couple days before, probably like a week or so. my cramps started two days ago, however this time around my nipples are soooo sore, it’s crazy. I’ve had my period for 13 longggg years and this is the first time i’ve ever experienced sore nipples!! i guess my question would be can “new” period symptoms start as I get older? is that normal? lol
