Period
I’m almost 16 and had my period for 4 years and every single time it was on the exact date and I only got the occasional headache. But my last 3 have been a week early and have caused me severe back pain and cramps to the point where I’m crying and can’t find any comfortable positions or anything to help. Should I be worried? Is this normal?
