Increase in Braxton Hicks a sign that labour is nearing?

I’m 36+5 and last night I kept waking up due to lots of Braxton Hicks that were making me feel pretty uncomfortable and have the same this morning. Does an increase in Braxton Hicks mean labour is nearing or is it just a coincidence?

I had frequent BH after week 20 and even more after week 35. Gave birth at 40+5. So in my experience, no, it doesn't mean labour is near.

Not sure if u do but i keep a cup or a bottled water next to me in the middle of the night and the am i always drink water

No but could be a sign of dehydration

Coincidence. Could be as simple as dehydration.
