Motivation during depression

So I’m currently working full-time (40+ hours a week) and I’m in school full time to get my degree. It’s half way through the semester and I’m really struggling. I know when projects are due and I want to accomplish them early but I’ve been suffering from really bad depression lately and I’m having a tough time coping.

My parents are putting extra pressure on me to be attending extra events, making more friends, volunteering, etc and I’m really struggling trying to balance everything. I’ve tried talking to my parents but they don’t really seem to understand.

Does anyone have any methods on how to cope with your depression while having a hectic schedule? I really want to succeed and I’ve been pulling off 90s so far in my classes but I’m so worn out. Sleep doesn’t help. I have multiple notebooks and planners to try and organize my time but they always seem to fall through.

If anyone has any suggestions I would truly appreciate them. I’m desperate for help at this point and I’m really not sure how to get to where I want to be.
