Low supply in evenings?

Anyone feel like they don’t make enough in the evenings? I know your supply is naturally lower in the evening but my 13 week old is still cluster feeding in the evening and my poor boobs feel so soft. I worry I don’t have enough.

I’ve noticed what I eat has been changing how much I produce. I’ve been eating nuts and oatmeal. I’ve also noticed that after a hot shower my boobs feel more firm like I need to feed or pump. Maybe try that!

Maybe try bottle feeding I the evening to calm your psych about if baby is getting enough.
