Am I spotting?

I just found out I’m pregnant this week after 2 back to back miscarriages. My doctor has me on progesterone vaginally. This was in my underwear today so I’m freaking out. I can’t tell if this is normal discharge or spotting?? What do you think?

Looks normal hun. Id only be concerned if it was bright red and a heavy flow. I’ve had 2 miscarriages but I’ve had this brown discharge with all my pregnancies including with my healthy now 2 year old daughter 😊

That could be discharge from the vaginal progesterone. I wouldn’t worry
