Healing after being cheated on

I just found out my boyfriend of 2 years cheated on me. Luckily I heard it from him but I'm still very much hurt. Any healing advice would be great!! Healing for us as a couple and just myself? I need to hear some advice, stories, and help process this unfortunate situation.
