Breast leakage and cramping

Hey! So I’m 34 weeks pregnant and last night I literally got into bed I didn’t take a shower before or anything cause I did that morning and my boobs started leaking a little which has been the normal for me. My boobs haven’t stopped since last night they are continually leaking I soaked myself and the bed multiple times last night and was having cramps and pressure and baby boy was super active all night! I go to the doctor Wednesday but should I call my nurse today? I just don’t want to go into preterm labor has anyone else had this same thing going on if so what did your doctor suggest??
