Weight loss pills over the counter?

I’m really struggling guys. I feel so trapped in my body. I’m not living. I used to be 145 now I’m 202. I’m 8 months PP and I can’t lose weight. I’m just gaining. I’m not breastfeeding. I’m miserable. I wear the same 2 outfits every day. I can’t play with my baby the way I want to. I’ve tried it all. My dr won’t prescribe weight loss medication cause of my anxiety so I’m looking so an alternative. I can’t enjoy life anymore. I barley have any pictures with my son cause I’m so ashamed and embarrassed how I look. 
Do you have any advice? Any medication that you’ve tried over the counter?

I would try counting calories. I don't trust weight loss pills. I think they are bad for you, and it's not a lasting solution. Count calories, that will help you watch what you eat and figure out what things will fill you up better. And then go on walks, and work your way up to more vigorous exercises slowly. Create better habits. Just being healthy will lead to you feeling better and being able to play more with your child, and over time your body will find its healthy weight on its own.

There are drs that specialize in weight loss, try consulting with one. Start tracking ur foods in an app like MyFitnessPal and track ur exercise too. Start taking walks with baby every day for an exercise routine and work up to more. Set small obtainable goals and work towards them. Setbacks happen so don’t punish yourself, this is not a horrible thing it’s helping you to be healthier. Try seeing it as helpful tool to be a better you.
