Hair Stylist tipping

The short of it: would you tip your stylist a second time if you had to go back to specifically correct what was done unfavorably the first time?

The long: went in last week to see a stylist I’ve never seen before for a cut and color. I requested all over color but she suggested highlights instead. I expressed my distaste in highlights and she promised me that they would be very fine and blended thus resulting in a lighter/brighter head of hair. Well... it’s not. The cut is wonderful but I hate the highlights, I look like zebra. In nicer words I let her know and she offered to put more highlights in this week to cover some of the darker spots for no additional charge. I paid for the first cut and highlights and gave her a 20% tip, which was about $30. Do I tip when I go back for the ‘free’ highlights? I’ll probably never go back to see her again but I also don’t want to be a jerk.
