Should I say something?

I recently found out that they do not test you for herpes I've had labs/cervical swabs done but they did not test for herpes why? Should I ask to be tested even though I don't have any sores or anything like that ? It worries me because I'm pregnant and I could have it and not even know it.

Because generally, they assume you would say something if you thought you ever had an outbreak. 
Some test, some don’t. 
You can get tested any time for stds, not just during pregnancy

I don’t think they will run a test unless you know you’ve been in contact with someone with herpes or if you have an outbreak. Not really a need for it
