I didnt do Lamaze specifically but a general birth education course. I found it to be helpful and my husband did as well since he was 100% unfamilar with anything birth related. They talked about phases of labor and what to expect, different pain coping methods including meds, etc.

My partner did a one day labor and delivery class and retained quite a bit of information. Used a lot of what we learned during labor and glad we did it. It was good to know what generally happens in each stage of labor. And it was nice to know different pain coping techniques. Everyone learns and processes different so it’s a personal decision.
