Round ligament pain advice please
I’m 26 weeks 4 days since last night I’ve been having pain through my hip & groin on & off, I’ve already noticed the more I move the worst it gets, I’m resting now had to call in sick I work in childcare I’m not up to going in since I’m on my feet all day & I don’t want to make it worse. I’ve been told to rest & take it easy try a bath. Is there anything else I can try? Or what has worked for other?
