food S.O.S
im in desperate need of help! 8 weeks pregnant here and completely fell out of my healthy eating groove I've had going on for almost 2 years!!! I've been eating excessively and terrible for the last 4 weeks. I need some high protein (so i can stay full longer) and low calorie food ideas. open to any snacks, meals, recipes, literally anything. Ive lost well over 50 lbs awhile ago and i dont wanna gain any extra weight besides normal pregnancy weight. my doctor restricts me from working out so I need to be careful with what i am eating
