Every day I’m learning things to avoid while pregnant, anyone interested in sharing a fun fact for pregnancy?
I’ve been looking up a lot, especially after my last MC (don’t think this is the cause) and I’ve been learning things to avoid and limit, as well as add to my diet. If anyone is open to share anything they have learned.
1) no alcohol
2) no unpasteurized dairy
3) no soft cheese
4) limit or avoid cold cuts bc of potential of being undercooked
5) avoid mercury rich sea foods (albacore tuna, mackerel)
6) add prenatals
7) drink lots of water
