Anyone else measuring smaller due to dropping?

I've measured about a week behind at the last few appointments but I was surprised to measure 3 weeks behind today at 37 weeks. Midwife thinks it's because baby has definitely dropped. Anybody else?

Yup! Just happened to me this week. Last week I measured 37 and this week I measured 34. My doctor is having me go in for a growth scan just to be on the safe side, but she said she’s pretty positive it’s because the baby has dropped.

Yes one week my dr measured me at 35 weeks when I was almost 37 weeks. Last week though I measured 37 weeks and I am 38+3 today so guess I will see on Thursday where I measure but I know baby seems to have dropped some more.

This hasn't happened to me yet, but my midwife let me know at my appt yesterday that it is something to expect and is a good sign!
