Im trying and Im stuck at the same weight

I litterally eat healthy and work my ass off in the gym. I have lost 27 pounds so far and now I am at 145 but for some reason I can’t get any lower I have been eating healthy for example today I drank 2 full water bottles of water and gained 2 pounds and then I ate a little to go packet of tuna with lemon and I gained another 2 pounds is that normal I need advice like I’m eating healthy but just gaining
