Back pain?

Has anyone else had upper/middle back pain in the evenings? Any idea what it’s from ?

Most likely from the shift in our center of gravity and the extra weight we carry. Unfortunately those things are what's responsible for a lot of symptoms we have at this stage! I recently got switched the 3rds at my job and by the time i get home at 430 in the morning I'm so physically uncomfortable I can barely get comfortable but it does ease up after i lay down for a while! Laying down throughout the day helps, the extra weight does take a toll on your body.

I have had it all day every day since 18 weeks. Dr just said it's strain from posture changes. Plus my job I'm a dental assistant.
