So first before we start i am on nexplanon, and i know everyone’s going to say you’re on a really effective birth control and i really do hope so. so anyways, i’m 5 days late which is normal for me but have been having unprotected sex for the last few weeks. since yesterday i have had cramps they were really slight yesterday but have turned worse today, but only on my right side. The pain will go away for a little bit but then suddenly come on again. i began spotting this morning light pink, then it turned more brownish red, with clots, now it’s brown and is barely there. the pain on my right side is like a stabbing pain, but it doesn’t hurt if i’m walking only when i’m laying down. and if i push on that side it only hurts a little, the pain isn’t unbearable but it’s definitely painful. i’m having lower back pain as well and pooping constantly. i also took a pregnancy test today which came out negative but idk it could’ve maybe had been to early to test? idk... what does this sound like to y’all who have either had a cyst or a etopic pregnancy?

also if i was pregnant it would be only by 6 days.
