Pregnant?

Can you get pregnant from sperm on clit??? I was pretty dry so I didn’t think any of the sperm could travel and I’m not even sure if he did. My bf is paranoid because he doesn’t remember if after putting his duck away after he came if he went and rubbed my clit. Should I be worried??
