I think I actually might have ovulated 12 days after the first day of bleeding eith miscarriage!!!

I took and opk yesterday and it was very positive and today I took another one and it's not positive anymore so that means oh surge is over!!! I've seen alot of other women have the same thing can anyone let me know what they think. First picture is yesterday( positive) and bottom is today( negative)
