Too small?

My daughter is 16 months and just had a check up. She weighs 18 pounds and 10 oz (she was born at 6 lbs and 4 oz.) 
She has always been on the smaller size but her doctor isn’t worried (she has been gaining weight ever appointment.) 
Is she her weight in range for her age? If it helps she is 29 1/4 inches.

Quite crazy bc my son weighed like 22 pounds at his last pedi apt, and the doctor said I needed to start giving him pediassure to put some weight on him, but I think he’s just fine.

He looks perfectly fine to me, and he eats fine for the most part besides just your typical picky toddler. What I did was start giving him vegan protein powder in his milk bc if anything he doesn’t eat enough meats bc he’s super picky with meats. Seems to be putting a little weight on him, but I wasn’t really ever concerned with his weight, just making sure he’s getting all nutrients he needs🙂 He’s always been y’all and slender.
