UTI after birth?

Anyone else had a UTI after birth I cannot empty my bladder properly my urethra is painful sometimes and white blood cells in my urine anyone else had this if so how long did it take to go I've been on antibiotics since last night now with no improving symptoms...😣

I’m sorry momma! That sucks 😕 I had that with my first. Get 100% cranberry juice and drink a glass every few hours. I actually mixed it 50:50 with water bc I had issues with acids reflux so I couldn’t handle it straight. It always worked faster for me than with antibiotics. Do keep taking your antibiotics to nix the infection completely though. If you can’t handle the taste of cranberry juice or are diabetic then you can get cranberry extract capsules and take those every few hours with a bunch of water.
